- Paris-based XAnge announced the first close of its new flagship fund, XAnge 5, at €200M, backed by institutional and private investors across France and Europe, to invest €1M–€10M from Seed to Series B in AI productivity & SaaS, frontier tech, and sustainable-tech startups.
- Spain-based Ship2B Ventures closed a $75M social impact fund, to invest in startups improving quality of life for vulnerable groups and addressing climate change.

- 🔋 Boston-based Nanoramic, Inc. raised $54M late VC to accelerate global commercialization of its PFAS-free Neocarbonix® battery platform.
- 🌲 Sweden-based Modvion secured $45M grant funding from the EU Innovation Fund to establish series production of its modular wooden wind turbine towers (6 MW+).
- ♻️ US-based Sortera Technologies, Inc. raised $45M (including $20M equity and $25M debt) in a round to expand its AI-powered aluminium recycling operations by building a second Tennessee facility.
