- Tokyo-based Digital Garage and the Bank of Yokohama have launched the $19M Hamagin DG Innovation Fund to invest in startups driving open innovation in finance, payment, and digital marketing technologies across the Kanagawa and Tokyo regions.
- Madrid-based Arcano Partners has launched its Arcano Earth Fund III, targeting €300M to invest in sustainable infrastructure across digital infrastructure, energy transition, and transport & logistics.
- Netherlands-based BB Capital has launched an evergreen Infrastructure Fund of Funds, anchored by a €200M portfolio acquisition, targeting transport, energy, and logistics infrastructure across Europe.

From battery management and sustainable mining to EVs and bioproducts, these were the most significant funding rounds from last two weeks:
- 🔋US, San Jose-based Lyten secured $200M from existing investors, including Prime Movers Lab, to scale battery and BESS operations in Europe following the acquisition of Northvolt’s product portfolio.
- ✈️Israel, Tel Aviv-based AIR raised $23M in Series A funding from Entrée Capital and Dr. Shmuel Harlap to scale eVTOL aircraft production and accelerate U.S. expansion.
- 🧪US-based Still Bright raised an $18.7M seed round from Material Impact, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Azolla Ventures, and others to scale its low-cost, non-toxic copper extraction technology.

- 🌊Sweden, Stockholm-based CorPower Ocean secured a $46.8M grant from the European Commission Innovation Fund to develop VianaWave, a 10MW wave energy project using its converters to generate clean power and support local infrastructure in Portugal.
- 🤖US, Philadelphia-based Asylon Robotics closed a $24M Series B round from Insight Partners, Veteran Ventures Capital, Allegion Ventures, and others to scale its AI-powered robotic security platform, combining drones, ground robots, and command software for commercial and government sectors.
