- Germany-based Bosch Ventures launched its €250M Fund VI to support deeptech firms globally in areas such as AI, energy efficiency, automation, Climate Tech, and quantum computing.
- Texas-based Greenlake announces formation of Greenlake Energy II with a $200M capital commitment from NGP to focus on Permian basin and other core North American basins.
- Italy-based Sinloc Investimenti has launched Fondo Infrastructure & Transition Energy (ITEF), its first fund, focused on local infrastructure and energy transition with subscriptions over $50M.
- Canada-based Power Sustainable announced the launch of Power Sustainable Decarbonization Private Equity, a new fund aimed at investing in companies that help future-proof critical sectors of the North American economy. The fund has $330M in commitments.

From sustainable aerial intelligence solutions to weather modeling, these were the most significant funding rounds from last two weeks:
- 🌐Germany, Munich-based Quantum Systems, closed a $180M Series C round to accelerate R&D and scale production as it expands globally and enhances autonomous aerial intelligence solutions.
- 🐟Iceland, Vestmannaeyjar-based LAXEY, secured $140M in a combination of debt and equity funding to enable annual production of 10,000 tonnes (HOG) of premium Atlantic salmon.
- 🚢UK, London-based Orca AI, closed a $72.5M Series B round to add new capabilities, including defense and security, to its AI-driven autonomous shipping system.
- 🌧️US, El Segundo-based Rainmaker Technology Corporation raised $25M in Series A funding to facilitate precipitation, support agriculture, and maintain water supplies with drones, numerical weather modeling, and radar algorithms.
- 🚌India, Pune-based EKA mobility secured $23.6M in a convertible note round to expand its electric bus and commercial vehicle production.
- 🔋India, Bengaluru-based Ather Energy raised $156.5M in a Series F round to provide electric scooters and a complete ecosystem encompassing fast charging, smart connectivity, and battery warranty programs.
- 🧠US, Ann Arbor-based Utilidata secured $60.3M in a Series C round to scale Karman, that is built on a custom NVIDIA module to embed AI capabilities into any grid-connected device.
- 🚗US, Woburn-based indiGO Technologies, closed a $54M Series B round to provide sustainable local transport, leveraging its patented SmartWheels™, Smart EVs and Smart Mobility Services.
- ⚗️Germany, Wiesbaden-based Hy2gen closed a $52.8M growth equity round to accelerate Hy2gen’s portfolio of e-fuels and green ammonia projects to reach Final Investment Decision (FID) and enter the construction phase.
- 🔬US, Thornton-based Forge Nano, Inc. secured $40M in a late VC round to develop high-performance lithium-ion batteries and semiconductors.
