- Amsterdam-based CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of a sponsored fund, issued a second €500M Green Bond, bringing total green bond issuances to €1B, to refinance existing debt and strengthen its unsecured funding platform supporting investments in eligible green real estate assets.

- Indore-based Kyro Capital launched the ₹100 Cr Kyro India Opportunities Fund – I, to invest in profitable growth-stage companies with IPO potential within 24–36 months, with a focus on renewable energy, transmission, energy storage, and other high-growth sectors.

- ⚛️ Everett, Washington-based Helion raised a $465M Series G round led by Thrive Capital, with participation from Alta Park Capital, LP, Anti Fund, BoxGroup, Lux Capital, Peak XV Partners, and existing investors, to accelerate commercial fusion deployment, expand manufacturing capacity, and deliver clean electricity at scale.
- 🧮 Reading, UK-based Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) raised a $349M Series C round from Bullhound Capital, British Business Bank , Fulcrum Asset Management, Pentland Ventures, and others to scale its superconducting quantum computing infrastructure and accelerate enterprise and government deployment of quantum systems.
- 🛵 Nairobi, Kenya-based SPIRO raised $215M in equity financing from institutional investors including Impact Fund Denmark to expand electric mobility, battery-swapping infrastructure, local manufacturing, and energy systems across Africa.
- 💧 Foster City, California-based ZutaCore raised a $100M+ Series C round from Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier Ventures, Samsung Ventures, and others to scale its waterless two-phase liquid cooling technology for AI and high-performance computing data centers.
- 🟢 Bengaluru-based GPS Renewables closed a $66.27M Series C round led by PixelSky Capital, with participation from the Spectrum Impact Family Office, to accelerate the development of compressed biogas (CBG) infrastructure and scale sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) projects, advancing the decarbonization of hard-to-abate sectors.
- 🪰 Paris-based Innovafeed closed a $59M funding round from CREADEV – Grow your future, QIA, Temasek, abcIMPACT, and ADM, along with banking partners, to scale commercial production of black soldier fly-based ingredients for aquaculture and pet food and accelerate the industrialization of sustainable insect protein at its flagship Nesle facility.
- 🌋 Seattle-based Endurance Energy closed a $54M Series A round led by Founders Fund, with participation from Felicis, Voyager Ventures, Riot Ventures, Construct Capital, Point72 Ventures, and others to commercialize subsea geothermal power plants and deliver 24/7 carbon-free energy.
- 🚐 Los Angeles-based Evotrex closed a $30M Series A round from GSR United Capital, Pegasus Capital Advisors, and other investors, to complete development and begin production of its power-generating, off-grid hybrid RV trailers.
- ♻️ Nuutajärvi-based Resand Ltd secured a $29M financing facility from Norion Bank to deploy additional foundry sand regeneration systems and scale its Sand as a Service platform across international markets.
- ⚡ London, UK-based Fuse Energy secured a $29M Series B extension from 20VC and Collaborative Fund to expand its integrated energy platform, renewable generation pipeline, and international operations.
