  • London-based VCUK has launched a new VC & PE fund targeting a $60M first closing, focusing on high-potential European companies in DeepTech, FoodTech, AgroTech, Green Energy, Health & Wellness, EdTech, Mobility, FinTech, logistics, and infrastructure.
  • US and UK-based BNVT Capital has launched a $150M debut fund targeting AI-first and technology-driven startups that tackle systemic global problems.
  • Global oneworld alliance and Breakthrough Energy Ventures (BEV) have launched a new fund to advance sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), aiming to scale production and reduce emissions from the aviation industry.
  • Singapore and Norway-based Octave Capital and Katapult Ocean have launched a $75M Asia Ocean Fund to support startups in maritime decarbonization, ocean restoration, biodiversity, circular economy, sustainable aquaculture, and marine biotechnology.

  • 🥩France-based ACCRO | Alternatives végétales closed a $58M early VC round to expand production in Vitry-en-Artois and advance its high-moisture extrusion alt-meat technology.
  • 🔋France-based Lithium de France closed a $46.9M Series B2 round to advance its pre-industrial phase with first drilling operations, a Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) demo plant, and Front-end Engineering Design (FEED).
  • 🥗Netherlands-based The Protein Brewery closed a $35.3M Series B round to expand Fermotein mycoprotein production and accelerate its commercialization in the US and EU.
  • ♻️Germany-based cylib secured a $30.6M non-dilutive grant to build an industrial-scale battery recycling facility using its OLiC technology to recover over 90% of critical materials from end-of-life EV batteries.
  • 🍳Netherlands-based revyve closed a $28M Series B round to scale production of its yeast-based egg replacers and additives.
  • 🧬Dallas-based Colossal Biosciences closed a $120M in a series C round to advance its genetic technologies for dodo bird de-extinction.
  • New York-based Chestnut Carbon closed an additional $90M in Series B funding to scale U.S.-based forest carbon offset projects through land acquisitions and proprietary forest modeling technologies.
  • ⚡San Francisco-based EV Realty closed a $75M growth funding round to expand operations and develop high-powered EV charging hubs for commercial truck fleets.
  • 🌱Paris-based Genomines closed a $45M Series A round to accelerate field demonstrations of nickel production from genetically enhanced plants and secure commercial offtake contracts.
  • 🌋Salt Lake City-based Rodatherm Energy Corporation closed a $38M Series A round to advance its closed-loop advanced geothermal system (AGS) technology for affordable, long-term baseload energy generation.
